Subcontractor is responsible for providing the following:

• Temporary power and lighting
• Install all conduit, boxes and supports for all electrical circuits
• Install all wire, switches and receptacles
• Install conduit and wire to HVAC
• Install electrical panels per plans
• Install breakers
• Install breaker lockouts for breaker called out on plans
• Install junction box above the ceiling for all lighting controlled by Venstar.  Wires should pass through JB to panel
• Install light fixtures
• Install grounding
• Rough in for low voltage systems
• Install low voltage cable tray
• Feeder cables for electrical distribution equipment as shown on the one line diagram
• Include 100’ of conduit and cable for underground service
• Light pole bases and conduits
• Lightning protection
• MC type cable used throughout the project
• Conduit stub for data/telephones (wiring and install by others)
• Conduit run for street sign
• Doorbell and horn for receiving door
• Electrician is responsible for compaction of Their trenches on and off the building pad
• Electrician is responsible for providing the necessary equipment to install underground electrical per the plans
• Daily Cleanup of trades’ trash and material
• ALL LIGHTING FIXTURES ARE SUPPLIED BY THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR ON FAMILY DOLLAR PROJECTS
• VENSTAR WILL BE PROVIDED AND INSTALLED BY OTHERS
